My Truth…

I believe…  the difference between where you are today, and where you want to be tomorrow, is conscious choice.

I believe…  we each have within us an unlimited source of creative abundance, fulfillment, and wisdom. But most of us were never taught how to access it.

I believe…  most of us have buried that source under a lifetime of other’s opinions and shoulds, and have learned methods of surviving, rather than thriving.

I believe…  when we uncover and unleash our true core energy, we connect with the highest parts of ourselves, and that lifts us to a higher level of living.

I believe…  when we transform our personal world, we help to transform the world of those around us.

I believe…  most of us are holding on to old stories that no longer serve us, but are familiar and therefore feel safe, and that keeps us small.

I believe…  when we start to make our choices from our desired future, rather than based on our past, we experience a paradigm shift which changes everything.

I believe…  our relationships are mirrors, showing us how we shine, and showing us the parts that need healing.

I believe…  those parts that need healing will first knock gently, then louder, then bust down the door to get our attention.

I believe…  in the mystical energy that binds us all, and while I can’t wrap my brain around the vastness, it gives us principles which hold true each and every time, without exception.

I believe…  when we are expansive and giving, we must also allow for receiving. Like breathing, it is a cyclical process, inhalation is no less important than exhalation, both are equally needed for a healthy life.

I believe…  Life is too precious not to Live Well!
